Hoy
Susan
Hoy has been a chiropractic office manager since 1989 and fully understands
the complexity of practicing in today’s health care environment.
As a speaker and consultant, Susan travels throughout the country
helping chiropractic teams become more organized, systemized and energized!
Her seminars are both uplifting and motivational.
She specializes in staff growth and the difference they can make in
the practice and in the healing process. Susan
has been honored by the Parker Chiropractic Foundation and awarded the 1998
Management Consultant of the Year and has been the recipient of the Chiropractic
Assistant of the Year. Susan
has had her practice management articles published in several chiropractic
magazines and has received awards for her writing. Presently, Susan is a columnist for Success Express
Magazine and Chiropractic
Economics Magazine. Her
column is entitled, “Susan Hoy’s Team Tips.” The
author of the Team Training Manual
for chiropractic
offices and produces a team training newsletter called B.E.E.F. IT UP
specifically for the chiropractic staff.
B.E.E.F. IT UP
is a monthly insert to the Team Training Manual and
is distributed to chiropractic offices throughout the United States
and Canada. This newsletter
shares ideas on practice management, marketing professionally,
